摘  要:‘冬皇枣’是从‘冬枣’中选育出的优良奇特鲜食特大果形枣树新品种。该品种主要特点是果实横径大于纵径,形状特殊类似蟠桃,结果早,丰产、稳产,果实特大、外形奇特美观。管理好的丰产园,脆熟前期鲜枣总糖23%,可滴定酸0.5%,维生素C含量352 mg/100 g,可食率97.6%,平均单果重35.8 g,风味酸甜,鲜食品质极佳,贮藏期长。成熟期比冬枣早10d^15d,适应性强。Donghuang was a new variety of fine fresh jujube with super large fruit shape which was selected from winter jujube.The main characteristics of this variety were that the fruit diameter was larger than the vertical diameter,and the shape was similar to the flat peach shape.It was early fruit bearing,high and stable yield,and had extra large fruit and peculiar and beautiful fruit shape.In the high-yield garden with good management,the total sugar content of fresh jujube in the early stage of crisp ripening was 23%.Its titratable acidity content was 0.5%and vitamin C content was 352 mg/100 g.Its edible rate was 97.6%,and the average fruit weight was 35.8 g.The flavor was sour and sweet.The quality of fresh food was excellent,and the storage period was long.Its ripening period was 10?15 days earlier than that of winter jujube and the adaptability was higher.Donghuang could be greatly developed in order to increase and enrich the variety of fresh jujube.
