摘　　要："双一流"建设方针的大力实施,体现了社会发展对创新人才的巨大需求。推进高校创新人才专业能力、通识能力和非正式能力的协同培养是改善我国高等教育发展现状和适应社会发展层次不断提高的需要,有利于促进个体全面发展和价值的实现。分析高校创新人才能力协同培育的必要性,构建有效的协同培育路径,以加强和改进高校创新人才的培育,推动创新人才能力的协同培养。The vigorous implementation of the "Double First-Rate" construction policy reflects the huge demand for innovative talents in the development of the whole society. Promoting the collaborative cultivation of the professional, general and informal abilities of innovative talents in colleges and universities is to improve the current situation of higher education development in our country and to meet the needs of the continuous updating of social development levels, and is conducive to promoting the overall development of individuals and the realization of value. By analyzing the necessity of the abilities collaborative cultivation of innovative talents in colleges and universities, we can establish an effective collaborative cultivation path to strengthen and improve the cultivation of innovative talents in colleges and universities, and to promote the abilities collaborative cultivation of innovative talents.
