酸性KMnO4-HCHO化学发光体系检测硫酸庆大霉素注射液中硫酸庆大霉素的含量

摘　　要：在酸性条件下,高锰酸钾氧化硫酸庆大霉素(Gentamicin sulphate)产生微弱化学发光,而甲醛的存在可以对该化学发光有增敏作用。该化学发光强度随硫酸庆大霉素浓度的增加而增强,并由此建立一种甲醛-酸性高锰酸钾化学发光体系快速测定硫酸庆大霉素的方法。在优化条件下,硫酸庆大霉素在5.0×10^-5~5.0×10^-4 g/mL的浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系,ΔI=3.33824 c-7.37934(R^2=0.9953),方法检测限为1.5×10^-5 g/mL(S/N=3),并对3.0×10^-4 g/mL的硫酸庆大霉素10次平行测定,其相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.4%。并将建立的流动注射化学发光分析方法应用于硫酸庆大霉素注射液中硫酸庆大霉素的含量测定,方法简单,结果令人满意。Under acid condition,the reaction of potassium permanganate and gentamycin sulfate(GMS)can produce weak chemiluminescence phenomenon.The presence of formaldehyde can enhance the chemiluminescence.The chemiluminescence intensity increased with the increase of gentamicin sulfate concentration,and a method for the rapid determination of gentamicin sulfate by formaldehyde acid potassium permanganate chemiluminescence system was established.Under the optimized conditions,Gentamicin sulfate showed a good linear relationship in the concentration range of 5.0×10^-5~5.0×10^-4 g/mL,ΔI=3.33824 c-7.37934(R^2=0.9953).The detection line was 1.5×10^-5 g/mL(S/N=3).The 3.0×10^-4 g/mL of GMS was detected by 10 sequential measurements with the relative standard deviation(RSD)of 1.4%.The flow injection chemiluminescence method was applied to the determination of gentamycin sulfate in gentamycin sulfate injection.The method was simple and the result was satisfactory.
