地方性医学院校学风建设的探讨--以湘南学院公共卫生学院为例

摘　　要：优良的学风有利于培养具备扎实知识和技能的高素质应用型的学生,也有助于提高地方性医学院校的综合实力。针对医学生学风建设中存在的目标不明确和学习方法不正确等问题,湘南学院公共卫生学院通过注重入学教育、加强制度建设、全程实施导师制、强化实践教学、思政进课堂等措施有效应对,取得了良好的成效。Excellent study style is conducive to cultivating high-quality applied students with basic knowledge and skills in public health, and also helps to improve the comprehensive strength of local medical colleges. In view of the unclear goals and incorrect learning methods in the construction of study style of medical students, by focusing on enrollment education,strengthening supervision, implementing tutor system throughout the whole process, strengthening practical teaching, and thinking about politics, the Public Health College of Xiangnan University has strengthened the study style of local medical colleges and achieved good results.
