中国与“一带一路”沿线国家跨国专利合作现状研究

摘　　要：基于1998-2018年中国与"一带一路"沿线国家拥有的跨国所有权专利数据,对营商环境于国际科技合作的影响、社会网络视角下跨国合作专利模式和技术领域方向等进行分析。研究结果表明:随着日渐加强的经贸交流和科技合作,中国与"一带一路"沿线国家的跨国合作专利在数量和合作强度上均日趋增长;合作覆盖范围广,但是合作区域呈现非均衡性,其中95%的合作专利是与营商环境排名前100位的国家合作申请;合作以企业为主体,跨国企业组建全球分布团队是专利合作主要形式;合作技术领域方向较为集中,主要在电气工程和化学等领域。研究结论以期为"一带一路"倡议的进一步实施和相关政策制定提供参考。Based on the patent data of transnational ownership owned by China and countries along"the Belt and Road"from 1998 to 2018,this paper analyzes the influence of business environment on international scientific and technological cooperation,the patent mode of transnational cooperation and the direction of technology field from the perspective of social network.The research results show that with the increasing economic and trade exchanges and scientific and technological cooperation,the number and cooperation intensity of transnational cooperation patents between China and countries along the"the Belt and Road"are increasing day by day;the scope of scientific and technological cooperation with countries along the"the Belt and Road"is wide,but the cooperation region is unbalanced,of which 95%of the cooperation patents are applied for in cooperation with the top 100 countries in the business environment;scientific and technological cooperation takes enterprise as the main body,multinational enterprises set up global distribution team is the main form of patent cooperation;the direction of cooperative technology field is more concentrated,mainly in electrical engineering and chemistry and other fields.The research conclusions of the article are expected to provide reference for the further implementation of"the Belt and Road"initiative and related policy formulation.
