摘 要:HEV(混合动力)汽车,动力电池一般采用储氢合金做成的镍氢充电电池(Ni-MH)。汽车怠速或高速行驶时,ISG电机所发的电能储存在镍氢电池中,汽车低速行驶时,可利用镍氢动力电池的能量驱动ISG电机辅助发动机工作,实现车辆扭矩分配,节省燃油,同时车辆启停技术所需要的电能也由动力电池提供。本文章就是为了探讨与解决动力电池故障问题。HEV(hybrid) vehicle, the power battery is generally made of hydrogen storage alloy nickel hydrogen battery(Ni-MH). When the car is idled or running at a high speed, the electric energy generated by the ISG motor is stored in the Ni-MH battery. When the car is running at a low speed, the energy generated by the NiMH power battery can be used to drive the ISG motor to assist the engine to realize the vehicle torque distribution and save fuel. At the same time, the electric energy required by the vehicle start-stop technology is also provided by the power battery. This article is to discuss and solve the problem of power battery failure.
