摘  要:四川盆地是一个雨养农业区,也是中国南方小麦的主要栽培区域之一。为了探究雨养农业环境下小麦品质和产量之间的关系,并为后续的小麦育种工作提供一定的借鉴作用,文章通过对川农17和绵阳11高代重组自交系的重要品质性状、籽粒形态及千粒重性状的多年表型的测定及分析,得出以下几个结论:在小麦品质性状育种过程中,可以考虑将降落值和SDS沉淀值视为最显著的两个小麦品质选择指标;在小麦籽粒形态及产量性状的选育过程中,可以把千粒重性状作为首要的预选育指标;在不施加外部选择压力下的小麦育种进程中,小麦的品质性状与千粒重存在拮抗效应,即小麦产量提升的同时,小麦的品质性状会有不同程度的降低。Sichuan basin is a rain-fed agricultural area and one of the main wheat cultivation areas in southern China. In order to explore the relationship between wheat quality and yield in rain-fed agricultural environment,and to provide reference for subsequent wheat breeding work,the paper carries out the multi-year phenotypic tests and analyzes important quality traits,kernel form and thousand-kernels weight traits of high generation recombinant inbred lines generated from Sichuan Agricultural University 17 and Mianyang 11,reaching the following conclusions:( 1) In the process of wheat quality traits breeding,falling number and SDS sedimentation value can be considered as the top 2 wheat quality traits selection indicators;( 2) Among the breeding process of wheat kernel morphology and yield traits,the thousand-kernels weight trait can be taken as the primary breeding index;( 3) During the process of wheat breeding without external selection pressures,there was antagonistic effect between wheat quality traits and thousand-kernels weight trait,that means,when wheat yield increased,wheat quality traits decreased with different degrees.
