摘  要:建立地下综合管廊项目运行维护风险评价指标体系,包括3个一级评价指标,14个二级评价指标;采用信息熵权重对主观权重进行修正,对各评价指标相对重要性量化处理;基于信息熵组合赋权与可拓理论,构建地下综合管廊项目运行维护风险评价模型;运用该模型对A市地下综合管廊项目运行维护风险进行评价,得出该项目管理风险X1、管廊本体及设备设施风险X2、环境因素风险X3分别隶属于u4级、u4级、u5级,即:风险分别为较高、较高、高,项目总体运行维护风险为u4级,即:风险较高的结论。In this paper, the evaluation index system of operation and maintenance risk of underground comprehensive pipeline corridor project is established, including 3 first-level evaluation indexes and 14 second-level evaluation indexes. Based on the combination weighting and extension theory of information entropy, a risk assessment model of underground comprehensive pipeline project operation and maintenance is constructed. This model is then used to evaluate the operation and maintenance risk of the underground comprehensive pipeline project in A city. It is concluded that the project management risk(X1), the risk of the pipeline itself, the risk of equipment and facilities(X2), and the risk of environmental factors(X3) belong to grade u4, grade u4 and grade u5 respectively, the risk is higher, higher and high. And the overall operation and maintenance risk of the project is grade u4, the conclusion is higher risk.
