摘 要:利用室内大型试验设备,系统进行了某特高土石坝砂砾石填筑料的工程特性试验研究。试验结果表明:P<5含量是砂砾石料压实性能的重要因素,起始随P<5含量的提高,最小干密度和最大干密度增加较快;其后增长趋缓,当超过某临界值后又有所降低,该临界值略大于30%。随P<5含量的提高,相同相对密度砂砾石料的强度、初始切线弹性模量和切线体积模量增大,但超过该临界值后,又有降低的趋势。渗透系数测试结果表明,P<5是影响渗透性能的重要因素,室内模拟试验时宜采用等量替代法进行超粒径处理。压实后的砂砾石料力学指标较优,是较为理想的高土石坝填筑料,但由于砂砾石料渗透系数低,抗冲刷能力差,采用砂砾石料填筑时应重视坝体排水和反滤设计。In this paper, a systematic experimental study on the engineering characteristics of sand gravel filling material for a super high concrete faced rock-filled dam was finished by using large scale test equipments. The test results show that the content of P<5 is an important factor for the compaction performance of sandy gravel. At the beginning, the minimum dry density and the maximum dry density increase rapidly with P<5.Then the increasing rate slow down within a certain scope of P<5. When P<5 exceeds a certain critical value which is slightly greater than 30%, the minimum dry density and the maximum dry density of sandy gravel decrease with the increase of P<5. For the sand gravel materials with the same relative density, the strength, initial tangent elastic modulus and tangent bulk modulus first increase with the P<5 content and then decrease when P<5 pass the certain critical value. The test results also show that P<5 is important factors for permeability coefficient, so equivalent substitution method is proposed when dealing with oversized particles. The compacted sand gravel material with the great mechanical index is an ideal filling material for high earth rock dam, however due to the low permeability and poor erosion resistance, drainage and filter design should be paid more attention.
