转型期中国资本市场发展思考

摘　　要：我国资本市场由于存在市场扩容速度太快、管理层监管不力及退市制度不完善等原因,造成资本市场长期低迷.为了资本市场的健康发展,需要在推行股票注册制的同时考虑市场承压能力,同时,加强信息披露制度、完善退市制度、建立中国特色证券集体诉讼、公司现金分红、股份回购等制度,才能建立一个健康发展的资本市场,最终与国际资本市场接轨.China's capital market has been in a long-term downturn due to the rapid expansion of the market,poor management supervision and imperfect delisting system.In order to develop the capital market healthily,it is necessary to consider the market pressure capacity while carrying out the stock registration system,to strengthen the information disclosure system,to improve the delisting system,to establish other systems,like classaction lawsuits on securities,corporate cash dividends,share buybacks,etc.All this can help to establish a healthy development of the capital market,and finally to connect with the international capital market.
