摘　　要：数字化和信息化的时代已经来临,工业自动化呈现出了前所未有的飞速发展的趋势。啤酒饮料生产线包装设备的自动化控制技术开始更新换代,设备之间、设备主从站之间在使用PLC控制系统的基础上,融入了工业通讯方式取代早期的硬线连接方式,是最为明显的技术过渡和改革。目前国内涌现出了一批制造工艺精良、自动化控制系统先进的灌装设备制造商,产品已经在国内知名啤酒、饮料厂中投入使用。本文重点分析的是PLC自动化控制系统的通讯技术在国产易拉罐电子阀定量高速灌装生产线上的开发应用。The time of digitization and informationization is coming,and development trend is growing faster and faster in industrial automation. Control technology of automation on beverages packing line has been upgraded,based on the PLC control system between station and station,even master and slaver station,industrial communication is replaced as the hardwired connection in beginning,which is the obviously technology transitional and innovation. So far,many manufacturers not any well-equipped but also advanced automatic are appeared,and their productions are used in famous beverages factory in China now. The main point in present article is analyzing the exploitation and utilization of communication in PLC automatic control system,which used on the quantified can filler in highspeed filling and packing line manufactured in China.
