不同外源激素处理对黑弹树扦插生根的影响

摘　　要：为使黑弹树优良树种在觉华岛地区迅速地规模化扩繁,分别以浓度为50、100、200mg·L^-1ABT生根粉和浓度为100、200、300mg·L^-1吲哚丁酸(IBA)溶液作为外源激素,对黑弹树扦插生根情况进行了研究。结果表明:应用200mg·L^-1的吲哚丁酸(IBA)效果最佳,无论平均生根率、新生根数、根长及最早生根时间都显著优于ABT生根粉处理组。In order to make large-scale reproduction of Celtis bungeana Bl. in Juehua Island, it discussed the effect of exogenous hormone on cuttings culture of Celtis bungeana Bl., as exogenous hormones were ABT at 50、100、200 mg·L-1 and IBA at 100、200、300 mg·L-1. The results showed that the concentration of 200 mg·L-1 IBA was the best in the comparison, which was significantly better than ABT group at the average rooting rate, number of new roots, root length and the earliest rooting time.
