摘  要:利用水提醇沉法对香椿子多糖的提取工艺进行了优化。通过单因素和正交试验,对提取香椿子多糖的工艺进行了研究。结果表明:影响香椿子多糖最终提取量的因素主次排序:提取次数>提取时间>料液比>提取温度;最佳提取工艺:料液比1∶18,提取时间2.5h,提取温度85℃,提取次数3次。在此工艺条件下,香椿子多糖提取量达到23.77mg/g。In this experiment,the extraction process of polysaccharides from Toon sinensis was optimized by water extraction and ethanol precipitation.The process of extracting polysaccharides from Toona sinensis was studied by single factor and orthogonal experiments.The experimental results showed that the main factors affecting the final extraction amount of polysaccharides from the seeds were:extraction times>extraction time>material-liquid ratio>extraction temperature.The rental price extraction process was as follows:the ratio of material to liquid is 1∶18,the extraction time was 2.5 h,the extraction temperature was 85°C,and the extraction was performed 3 times.Under this process condition,the extraction amount of the polysaccharide from Toon sinensis was 23.77 mg/g.
