摘　　要：随着公共图书馆法的实施,公共图书馆进入依法治馆、创新发展的时代。公共图书馆如何依法开展服务具有现实意义和实践需求。通过文献回顾和网络调查等方法,从公共图书馆开展未成年人电子阅览服务的现状以及未成年人网络信息行为特征入手,剖析公共图书馆实施未成年人电子阅览服务存在的法律风险,采集并分析防范这些法律风险的策略,为公共图书馆更好地依法开展未成年人电子阅览服务提供参考。With the implementation of Public Library Law,public libraries have started the era of ruling by law and begun their innovative development. The study of how public libraries carry out services in accordance with law is of practical significance and demand. Based on literature research and network survey,this paper analyzed the current situation of electronic reading service for minors provided by public libraries and the features of minors’ behavior of using network information,in light of which the potential legal risks were analyzed and the precautionary strategies were collected and proposed so as to help the public libraries offer better electronic reading service for the minors in accordance with law.
