风险社会下警察新型角色之社会学探析

摘　　要：“中国梦”语境下的利益格局发生了深刻变化,社会挑战与机遇同时并存,社会矛盾和问题交织叠加,各种新生突发问题丛生,意识形态领域斗争依然复杂,是面临着高风险的信息社会。作为与人民群众社会生活接触最多的警察当前面临的形势更加错综复杂,在这个时期警察压力更大、责任更重,容易产生各种角色失调,作为新时代的警察要更好地应对挑战与风险,建立良好的警民关系,共同营造安全、和谐的社会治安环境。In the context of“Chinese Dream”,the pattern of interests has undergone profound changes,social challenges and opportunities coexist at the same time,social contradictions and problems are intertwined and superimposed,all kinds of new and unexpected problems are numerous,and the struggle in the ideological field is still complex,which is an information society facing high risks.As the police who have the most contact with the people’s social life,the situation is more complicated at present.During this period,the police have greater pressure,heavier responsibilities,and are prone to various role disorders.As the police in the new era,they should better meet the challenges and risks,establish a good relationship between the police and the people,and jointly create a safe and harmonious social security environment.
