摘　　要：经济犯罪数据学是经济犯罪形势和大数据技术发展背景下应运而生的一门新学科,它以经济违法行为和资金数据、物流数据、通讯信息数据、人员轨迹数据等多维数据为基本研究对象。经济犯罪数据学吸收借鉴了侦查学、经济犯罪侦查学部分理论元素,运用了资金数据印记、违法资金流向、“四流”信息统一、数据相关关系、经济犯罪寄生等原理规律,形成了资金穿透、股权穿透、远程取证、数据可视化、多维数据分析、经济行为画像、主体基因测序等支撑技术的学科体系。形成中的经济犯罪数据学,正在引领公安经侦工作进行一场全新的历史变革。Economic crime data science is a new subject emerged under the background of economic crime situation and the development of the Big Data technology.It takes multi-dimensional data such as economic illegal behavior and capital data,logistics data,communication information data,personnel trajectory data as the basic research object.The economic crime data science absorbs some theoretical elements of investigation science and economic crime investigation science,uses the principles and laws of capital data imprint,illegal capital flow,“Four Flows”information unification,data correlation,economic crime parasitism,and forms capital penetration,stock right penetration,remote forensics,data visualization,multi-dimensional data analysis,economic behavior portrait,subject gene sequencing and other supporting technologies.The formation of economic crime data science is leading the public security economic investigation work to a new historical change.
