摘　　要：人民警察是维护社会治安、保卫人民生命财产安全的重要力量,而近年来人民警察在执法过程中伤亡数量不断增加,其自身的安全难以得到保障。我国如何完善警察防卫法律制度,切实保障警察的合法权益,是一个亟待解决的问题。搜集整理了规定我国警察防卫权的相关法律法规,通过分析研究法律法规现状及其在实践中的应用情况,找出存在的问题并提出相应的完善措施,为人民警察在执法过程中更好地行使防卫权提供保障。The People’s Police is an important force for maintaining public order and protecting people’s lives and property.In recent years,the number of casualties of the People’s Police during law enforcement has been increasing,and its own safety is difficult to guarantee.How to improve the legal system of police defense in China and effectively protect the lawful rights and interests of the police is an urgent problem.This study collects and sorts out the relevant laws and regulations that stipulate the police's defense rights in China by analyzing and researching on the current status of laws and regulations and their application in practice,finds out the existing problems and proposes corresponding improvement measures to provide guarantee for the people’s police to better exercise their defense rights in the process of law enforcement.
