摘 要:文化背景,因国别而异,国别不同,其文化背景亦不相同,国与国之间的文化是存在独特性和差异性的。因此,学习该国语言必须将语言学习与其文化背景因素有机结合起来,而不能彼此脱节、孤立。中俄两国在文化方面存在着很大差异,体现在地理环境、思维方式、传统习俗、宗教文化、语言习惯等诸多方面。在“一带一路”背景下,高校在进行俄语教学改革与实践时,必须重视和全面把握中俄两国的文化差异因素,在办学理念和措施上应主动与“一带一路”建设接轨,以使高校俄语教学改革与实践更具针对性、建设性,这样高校俄语教学才能更好地完成其所肩负的神圣使命,满足时代之需和社会发展之需。Different cultural background results from different countries while different countries have differentcultural background. Uniqueness and difference exist in cultures between countries. Therefore, learning a languagemeans combining language learning with cultural background and being unable to isolate both of them. There is vastdifference in Sino-Russian cultures, reflected in such ways as geography, thinking, traditions, religious culture andlanguage habits. In the background of the Belt and Road, much attention should be attached to Sino-Russian culturaldifference when Russian teaching reform and practice in universities are in progress. Educational philosophy andmethods initiatively engage with construction of the Belt and Road, with specific and constructive teaching reformand practice, so that university Russian teaching will fulfill missions and meet demands of times and society.
