摘  要:汽车企业竞争日趋激励,提高产品设计效率及质量,并降低产品设计开发及生产制造的综合成本显得尤为重要,而产品的精益设计是最有效的方法之一。文章以方向盘总成精益设计为例,从方向盘总成需求分析开始,分八个步骤详细阐述了零部件精益设计开发基本流程,并收集29条可行性成本优化提案,已实现方向盘总成单车成本优化280元。建立了对标拆解方向盘总成精益设计数据库,并针对54个要素提出了精益设计方案,为新产品开发方向盘总成方案精益设计及成本优化提供有效参考。It is very important for automobile enterprises to improve the efficiency and quality of product design and reduce the comprehensive cost of product design,development and manufacturing.Lean design is one of the most effective methods.Taking lean design of steering wheel assembly as an example,starting from the demand analysis of steering wheel assembly,this paper elaborates the basic process of lean design and development of spare parts in eight steps,and collects 29 feasible cost optimization proposals,which has achieved 280 yuan of steering wheel assembly single vehicle cost optimization.The lean design database of the standard disassembly steering wheel assembly is established,and the lean design scheme is proposed for 54 elements,which provides effective reference for the lean design and cost optimiza-tion of the new product development steering wheel assembly scheme.
