摘  要:香蕉是世界东南亚地区的主要经济支柱,为了提高经济效益,提高采摘的工作效率和保证香蕉的无损伤采收和储存,减轻劳动工人的体力劳动及进一步提高采摘的效率,使其实现半自动化和全自动化采摘香蕉。文章所设计的香蕉采摘机能大幅度降低劳动程度,有效的提高工作效率。在电机带动绞盘机使得钢丝绳升降的过程中,利用双棘轮机构使得机械达到自锁、安全、便捷的目的,可以有效的提高劳动工人的安全。本作品涉及设计突破市场现有技术,具有低成本,高效率,高安全和普适性等优点。该装置原理简单易行、成本低、适用范围广,市场推广性强。Banana is the main economic pillar of Southeast Asia in the world. In order to improve economic efficiency, improve the working efficiency of picking and ensure the harvest and storage of banana without damage, reduce the manual labor of labor workers and further improve the efficiency of picking, make it realize semi-automatic and fully automatic picking of bananas. The banana picking machine designed in this paper can greatly reduce the degree of labor and effectively improve the working efficiency. The double ratchet mechanism is used to make the machine achieve the purpose of self-locking, safety and convenience, which can effectively improve the safety of workers. Design Breakthrough Market technology, with low cost, high efficiency, high security and universality. The device has simple principle, low cost, wide application range and strong marketing ability.
