摘　　要：重型卡车匹配双中间轴变速器的车型中,经常出现底盘系统或变速箱直接出现噪音异响等故障,因噪音异响故障涉及因素很多,维修人员现场很难直接判断出故障原因一次性找准故障点,文章作者根据自身多年产品设计及与主机厂整车变速器匹配的工作经验和售后故障现场的多年实践积累,将多种噪音异响故障的总结经验进行解析,希望可以为重型卡车司机及售后维修人员提供简单思路,便于处理售后市场上出现的卡车底盘异响尤其是重型双中间轴变速器异响问题。The heavy-duty trucks equipped with twin countershaft transmissions often occur abnormal noise directly from chassis or gearbox.As many factors may cause this abnormal noise,so it is hard for maintenance personnel to find root cause on site by one time.In this paper,the author sums up and analyzes a variety of noise failure with his many years’work experience in product design,gearbox matching for our customers and on site after-sales trouble shooting,hoping that this can provide heavy-duty truck drivers and after-sales maintenance personnel with some ideas to more easily deal with abnormal noise from truck chassis,especially from heavy-duty twin countershaft transmissions for after sales market.
