摘  要:通过SWOT分析模型,从政策、市场、技术等多角度对国有汽车产品检测认证机构内部优势、劣势以及外部环境机会、威胁进行梳理分析,得到SWOT战略矩阵。对SO成长型战略、WO扭转型战略、ST多种经营战略、WT防御型战略四种战略方向进行论述研究,并根据汽车产品检测认证行业趋势及国有企业现状提出发展战略执行的优先级选择建议。Through the SWOT analysis model,the internal strengths,weaknesses,external environment opportunities and threats of state-owned automobile product testing and certification institutions are analyzed from the perspectives of policy,market and technology,and the SWOT strategic matrix is obtained.The four strategic directions of SO growth strategy,WO turnaround strategy,ST diversified business strategy and WT defense strategy were discussed,and the priority selection suggestions for the implementation of development strategy were put forward according to the industry trend of automobile product testing and certification and the status quo of state-owned enterprises.
