摘　　要：目的探讨分析关节镜下治疗踝关节不稳伴前方撞击综合征的临床效果。方法选取本院2016年10月至2018年10月收治的75例踝关节不稳伴前方撞击综合征患者,均实施关节腔滑膜清理,撞击组织清理、磨除骨赘、外侧韧带重建术,术后使用支具固定,并且做好康复锻炼。对患者治疗效果进行评价。结果治疗前,患者足踝评分为(62.7±5.7)分,踝关节功能评分为(55.4±6.8)分,膝关节运动评分为(3.7±0.7)分;治疗后,足踝评分为(88.7±5.2)分,踝关节功能评分为(91.2±4.5)分,膝关节运动评分为(5.8±1.0)分,患者治疗前后各项评分结果比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论踝关节损伤后极易发生关节不稳定情况,从而引发前方撞击综合征。关节镜下诊断并清除撞击物后,能够加强踝关节活动度和稳定性,建立关节外侧韧带,临床效果显著。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of arthroscopic treatment of ankle instability with anterior impact syndrome. Methods 75 patients with ankle instability and frontal impact syndrome admitted to our hospital from October 2016 to October 2018 were enrolled. All patients were treated with synovial membrane cleaning, impacting tissue cleaning and osteophyte removal. Postoperative use of a support of lower limbs, and rehabilitation exercises. The treatment effect of the patients was evaluated. Results Before treatment, the scores of the athletes’ foot and ankle was(62.7±5.7) scores,the ankle joint function score was(55.4±6.8) scores, and the knee joint exercise score was(3.7±0.7) scores. After treatment. the scores of the athletes’ foot and ankle was(88.7±5.2) scores, the ankle joint function score was(91.2±4.5) scores, and the knee joint exercise score was(5.8±1.0) scores. Before and after treatment, the scores of patients were statistical significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion The joint instability is very likely to occur after the ankle joint injury, which leads to the frontal impact syndrome. After arthroscopic diagnosis and removal of the impactor, the ankle joint mobility and stability can be enhanced, and the lateral joint ligament is established, and the clinical effect is remarkable.
