邻近带蒂皮瓣修复拇指软组织缺损的临床应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨邻近带蒂皮瓣修复拇指软组织缺损的临床应用效果。方法选取2016年8月至2019年8月本院收治的100例拇指软组织缺损的患者为研究对象,患者采用邻近带蒂皮瓣修复,对比治疗前后患者的手指关节活动度、疼痛评分情况及日常生活能力改善情况。结果治疗后患者TAM及ADL评分与治疗前比较显著增加,疼痛评分与治疗前比较显著减少(P<0.05)。结论针对拇指软组织缺损的患者,采用邻近带蒂皮瓣修复能改善患者手指关节活动度,提升日常生活能力,缓解患者疼痛情况,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of repairing thumb soft tissue defect with adjacent pedicled flap. Methods From August2016 to August 2019, 100 patients with thumb soft tissue defects in our hospital were selected as the study subjects. The patients were repaired with adjacent pedicled flaps, and the finger joint activity, pain score and daily living ability were compared before and after treatment. Results After treatment, TAM and ADL scores increased significantly, while pain scores decreased significantly(P<0.05). Conclusion For the patients with thumb soft tissue defect, the use of adjacent pedicled flap can improve the activity of the finger joint, improve their ability of daily life, relieve the pain of the patients, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
