摘　　要：目的分析硬膜外自控镇痛泵镇痛模式对剖宫产妇镇痛及产后康复效果的影响。方法选取2017年2月至2019年2月本院收治的100例剖宫产产妇,根据不同镇痛方式分为两组,每组50例。对照组给予哌替啶肌内注射镇痛,观察组给予硬膜外自控镇痛泵镇痛。观察两组镇痛效果、泌乳时间、肛门排气时间及炎性状态。结果观察组镇痛有效率为94.00%,明显高于对照组的32.00%(P<0.05)。观察组产妇泌乳时间和肛门排气时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后第1、2天超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、血清降钙素原(PCT)明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论硬膜外自控镇痛泵镇痛模式可有效缓解剖宫产妇疼痛程度,缩短产妇恢复时间及泌乳时间,改善术后炎性状态,值得临床推广。Objective To analyze the effect of PCEA pump analgesia mode on analgesia and postpartum rehabilitation of cesarean section women. Methods From February 2017 to February 2019, 100 cases of cesarean delivery women received by our hospital were divided into two groups according to different analgesic methods, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was given intramuscular injection of pethidine for analgesia,and the observation group was given PCEA pump for analgesia. The analgesic effect, lactation time, exhaust time and inflammatory state were observed in two groups. Results The effective rate of analgesia in the observation group was 94.00%, which was significantly higher than 32.00% in the control group(P<0.05). The lactation time and anal exhaust time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05). The high sensitive C-reactive protein(hs CRP) and serum procalcitonin(PCT) in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The PCEA pump analgesia model can effectively relieve the pain of cesarean section women,shorten the recovery time and lactation time, and improve the postoperative inflammatory state, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
