超声可视人流系统在早孕人工流产手术中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨分析超声可视人流系统在早孕人工流产手术中的应用价值。方法选取2017年11月至2018年11月在本院接受人工流产术的妇女98例,随机分为对照组和研究组,每组49例。给予对照组常规人工流产术,给予研究组超声可视人流术。比较分析两组术中出血量、并发症发生率、手术时间。结果术后,研究组手术时间(2.8±0.1)min、术中出血量(11.3±6.5)mL、宫腔操作时间(1.2±0.6)min均短于对照组[(4.1±0.7)min、(18.2±7.2)mL、(1.9±0.4)min],两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组并发症发生率为10.20%,研究组并发症发生率为2.04%,研究组患者并发症发生率明显低于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组无痛率为65.31%,对照组无痛率为4.08%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用超导可视人流系统进行人工流产手术效果显著,可提升手术质量,改善手术指标,降低并发症发生率,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the application value of ultrasound visual abortion system in early pregnancy induced abortion. Methods 98 women who underwent induced abortion in our hospital from November 2017 to November 2018 were randomly divided into control group and research group, with 49 cases in each group. The patients in control group were given routine induced abortion, and the patients in study group were given ultrasound visual abortion. The amount of intraoperative bleeding, the incidence of complications and the operation time of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results After treatment measures, there was significant difference in operation time(2.8 ± 0.1) min, intraoperative bleeding volume(11.3±6.5) m L, operation time of uterine cavity(1.2±0.6) min in the study group was lower than the control group [(4.1±0.7) min,(18.2±7.2) mL and(1.9±0.4) min]. The difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05). The incidence of complications was10.20% in the control group and 2.04% in the study group. The difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05). The painless rate in the study group was 65.31% and that in the control group was 4.08%. There was statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion Superconducting visual abortion system has remarkable effect on induced abortion. It can improve the quality of operation, improve the index of operation and reduce the incidence of complications. It is worth popularizing and applying.
