中阿关系70年:历程与经验

摘　　要：过去70年的中阿关系可以分为六个历史时期:中阿建交和两国关系稳步发展、政局变动与中阿关系曲折发展、苏联入侵阿富汗与中阿关系中断、阿富汗内战和中阿关系名存实亡、阿富汗战争与中阿关系恢复发展、“一带一路”倡议与两国关系纵深推进。这一历程蕴涵着丰富的历史经验:睦邻友好始终是巩固两国关系的重要基石;互尊互信是推进两国关系的重要前提;从“大周边”的角度审视、处理两国关系是发展两国关系的必要条件;地理相连的边疆地区,是推动两国关系发展不可忽视的桥梁;建构命运共同体是发展两国关系的根本方向。Sino-Afghanistan Relations in the Past 70 Years can be divided into six periods:the establishment of bilateral diplomatic relations and the steady development of the relations between the two countries,political upheaval and the twists and turns of the development of bilateral relations,the Soviet invasion of Afghanistan and the interruption period of Sino-Afghanistan relations,The civil war in Afghanistan and The nominal period of bilateral relations,the war in Afghanistan and the recovery of the development of bilateral relations,Belt and Road Initiative and The period of in-depth promotion of the initiative and bilateral relations.This process contains rich historical experience:good-neighborly friendship has always been an important cornerstone for the consolidation of bilateral relations;Mutual respect and trust is an important prerequisite for advancing bilateral relations.It is a necessary condition for the development of bilateral relations to examine and handle bilateral relations from the perspective of the“big neighborhood”.The geographically connected border areas are a bridge that cannot be ignored to promote the development of bilateral relations.Building a community of common destiny is the fundamental direction of developing bilateral relations.
