摘  要:选取镍电解海绵铜作原料,控制浆化固液比3:1,温度65t^70t,洗涤时间1.5~2h,用工业盐酸调整终点pH值1.5-1.8,可使海绵铜含镍由小于5%降至小于3%,减少镍金属流失。The nickel electrolysis sponge copper was selected as raw material,the slurry-solid liquid ratio was controlled at 3:1,the temperature was 65℃-70℃,the washing time was 1.5~2h,and the terminal pH was adjusted at 1.5~1.8 with industrial hydrochloric acid,which could reduce the nickel content of sponge copper from less than 5% to less than 3% and reduce the nickel metal loss。
