摘  要:本文就镍羰化工艺及按化冶金产品进行了系统综述。简述了羰基镍产品的主要特性、种类与应用领域。通过不同种类羰化产品的物理参数与化学成分对比揭示了每种产品的结构特点。羰化工艺具有产品纯度高、种类多、环保清洁等独有的特点,羰基法生产的不同规格镍粉、镍丸、包覆粉、泡沫镍及覆镍纤维,特别是纳米粉、碳素材料等具备的特殊结构和优良的物理化学特性使其在高端新材料领域应用前景广阔。Carbonyl metallurgy processes and products are systematically reviewed in this paper.The main characteristics,types and application fields of nickel carbonyl are briefly described.By comparing the physical parameters and chemical composition of different products,the structure characteristics of each product is revealed.Carbonyl technology ensures the unique characteristics of high purity products,a broad range of products and high degree of environmental protection.Products with different sizes of nickel powder,nickel pellet,nickel coated powder,nickel foam,nickel coated fiber,nanopowder,and carbon materials produced by carbonyl process have special structures,excellent physical and chemical properties,which make them have broad application prospects in the field of high-end new materials.
