摘　　要：随着市场经济的蓬勃发展,各个行业都面临着竞争越来越激烈的市场环境,第三方物流公司也不例外。第三方物流公司若想继续生存与发展下去,就必须实现仓储分拣和配送管理的精益化,以此不断增强公司的核心竞争力。论文针对第三方物流公司仓储分拣和配送管理精益化的可行性进行了探究与分析,并提出了第三方物流公司仓储分拣和配送管理的精益化途径,希望有助于第三方物流公司经济效益的提升。With the vigorous development of market economy,all industries are facing more and more fierce competition in the market environment,third party logistics companies are no exception.If the third party logistics companies want to continue to survive and develop,they must realize the lean storage sorting and distribution management,so as to continuously enhance the core competitiveness of companies.This paper explores and analyzes the feasibility of lean storage sorting and distribution management of the third party logistics companies,and puts forward the lean approaches of storage sorting and distribution management of the third party logistics companies,hoping to contribute to the improvement of the economic benefits of the third party logistics companies.
