摘　　要：论文基于兼顾经管类《企业管理仿真实训》课程目标与会计专业知识传授的教学内在要求,以满足课程对会计岗位体验的基本要求为出发点,突出会计知识的系统性和实践性,通过对《企业管理仿真实训》课程中的财务模块中突出的实训教学问题进行深入分析和研究,提出通过在线开放课程的建设及应用,将教学资源进行整合,利用在线开放课程提高学生财务实训模块上岗操作能力,培养学生的综合职业素养,提高学生的就业率。Based on the consideration of both the objectives of the course"Enterprise Management Simulation Training"and the inherent requirements of the teaching of accounting professional knowledge,the paper takes the basic requirements of accounting post experience as the starting point,emphasizing the systematicness and practicality of accounting knowledge.Through the in-depth analysis and research on the outstanding practical teaching problems in the financial module of the course"Enterprise Management Simulation Training",this paper puts forward that through the construction and application of the online open course,the teaching resources should be integrated,and the on-line open courses should be used to improve the students'operational ability of financial training module,cultivate their comprehensive professional quality and improve their employment rate.
