摘　　要：借助区块链技术,推动高校文书档案管理业态转型升级,这是发掘和释放高校文档资源潜藏价值的有效举措。基于此,文章通过深入探究构建高校文书档案区块链智能管理平台的可行性,提出文档"增量电子化、存量数字化、全量共享化"等核心功能模块设计的创新思路与方法。With the help of blockchain technology,it is an effective measure to explore and release the potential value of university documents and archives resources to promote the transformation and upgrading of archives management.Based on this,through in-depth exploration of the feasibility of building a blockchain intelligent management platform for university documents and archives,this paper proposes innovative ideas and methods for the design of core functional modules such as"incremental electronization,stock digitization,and full sharing".
