摘　　要：大数据时代下,档案专业人员应提升自身的数据素养,以适应时代的要求。为探析大数据时代档案专业人员数据素养的提升策略,文章结合时代特点及档案工作要求,从大数据时代档案专业人员数据素养提升的缘由和内容框架入手,对档案专业人员数据素养的三个层面,即数据意识素养、数据处理素养、数据利用素养进行探析,并提出针对性意见。In the era of big data,archival professionals should improve their own data literacy to meet the requirements of the times.In order to explore the promotion strategy of archival professionals'data literacy in the era of big data,this paper combines with the characteristics of the era of big data and the requirement of the archives work,starts with the cause and content framework of promoting archival professionals'data literacy in the era of big data,analyzes three aspects of archival professionals'data literacy,namely,data awareness literacy,data processing literacy and data utilization literacy,and puts forward some focused suggestions.
