硼酸交联PVA包覆P(AA-co-HEMA)/铁离子络合物纤维成形及其催化染料脱色性能

摘  要:为改善沉淀聚合法合成的丙烯酸-甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯共聚物(P(AA-co-HEMA))在成纤过程中的自支撑性,在其纺丝溶液中引入一定量聚乙烯亚胺(PEI),采用湿法纺丝制备纤维材料,并基于络合作用负载Fe^2+;为抑制应用过程中铁离子的流失,负载Fe^2+过程中同时将硼酸交联聚乙烯醇(PVA)包覆层赋予纤维表面,获得新型纤维负载型Fenton反应催化剂;并考察PEI、PVA包覆层对纤维形貌以及催化稳定性的影响。结果表明:PEI可以显著增强P(AA-co-HEMA)在成纤过程中的支撑性,使纤维由扁平结构过渡至近圆形结构,同时赋予纤维内部疏松多孔结构,改善其负载能力;在纤维表面引入硼酸交联PVA凝胶层后,重复使用13次时,纤维仍可在5 min内催化H2O2氧化脱色亚甲基蓝(MB),且MB脱色率高达92.7%,体现出极好的催化稳定性。In order to improve the self-sustainability of poly(acrylic acid-co-hydroxyethyl methacrylate)synthesized by precipitation polymerization during its spinning,a certain amount of polyethyleneimine(PEI)was introduced into the spinning dope.The corresponding fiber was prepared through wet spinning.Thereafter,complexation process was conducted to load the fiber with Fe^2+,and boric acid crosslinked polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)coating was simultaneously applied to the fiber′s surface in the process of loading Fe^2+to prevent the leaching-out of iron ions during application.Then a novel iron ions-supported fibrous Fenton reaction catalyst was obtained,and the effects of PEI and PVA coating on fiber morphology and catalytic stability were investigated.The results showed that PEI could significantly enhance self-sustaining performance of poly(acrylic acid-co-hydroxyethyl methacrylate)in the process of fiber formation.The fiber exhibited a structural transition from flat shape to nearly circular shape,and it also had a loose porous inside structure,resulting in high loading capacity.The fiber could catalyze hydrogen peroxide to oxidatively decolorize Methylene Blue(MB)in 5 min even though it was reused 13 times after the boric acid crosslinked PVA gel layer was introduced onto its surface,and the decolorization rate of MB could reach 92.7%,which demonstrated the fiber had excellent catalytic stability.
