碳纳米管/宣纸夹层对锂硫电池性能的影响

摘  要:为减少锂硫电池的穿梭效应以提高其电化学性能,使用喷涂法制备用于锂硫电池的碳纳米管/宣纸夹层,利用其吸附性能来控制多硫化物的穿梭效应;并将该夹层应用于锂硫电池,研究不同碳纳米管负载量的夹层对于锂硫电池性能的影响。结果表明:碳纳米管均匀地包覆在宣纸纤维的外侧;夹层中碳纳米管负载量为0.8 mg/cm^2时,在0.1 C下首圈容量为1236.3 mA·h/g,在0.5 C循环100圈后,其仍能保持451.7 mA·h/g的比容量,高于其他碳纳米管负载量的锂硫电池;在1.0 C的高倍率下,该锂硫电池仍具有稳定的电化学性能。In order to reduce the shuttle effect of the lithium-sulfur battery to improve its electrochemical performance,carbon nanotube/rice paper interlayer of lithium-sulfur battery was prepared with spraying method to control the shuttle effect of polysulfide by the adsorption of interlayer.The interlayer was applied to the lithium-sulfur battery,and the effect of interlayer with different carbon nanotube contents on the performance of lithium-sulfur batteries has been studied.The results show that the carbon nanotubes are uniformly coated on the outside of the rice paper fibers.When the content of carbon nanotubes is 0.8 mg/cm^2,the first cycle capacity of the lithium-sulfur battery at 0.1 C is 1236.3 mA·h/g.After 100 cycles at 0.5 C,the specific capacity of the lithiumsulfur battery remains 451.7 mA·h/g,which is higher than that of the lithium-sulfur battery with other contents.At a high rate of 1.0 C,the lithium-sulfur battery with the interlayer still has stable electrochemical performance.
