摘  要:针对带式输送机的钢丝绳芯输送带在线检测问题,提出了一种高速X光探测器设计方案。以Altera公司CycloneⅢFPGA芯片为核心设计了高速X光探测器的硬件电路,包括X光信号数据采集、FPGA信号处理、以太网接口等电路;采用Verilog语言设计了高速X光探测器的软件;并对该探测器的检测效果进行实验验证。结果表明:该探测器能够实现对4路X光信号的同时采集、处理和以太网数据传输,具有采集速度快、功耗低、可靠性高的优点;最大采集行频为2640 Hz,每行采集像素数达1536个像素,功耗小于17 W,图像分辨率为1.5 mm。A high-speed X-ray detector design scheme is proposed for the online detection of steel core conveyor belt.The hardware circuits of high-speed X-ray detectors are designed with Altera′s CycloneⅢFPGA chip as the core,including X-ray signal data acquisition,FPGA signal processing,Ethernet interface and other circuits.The software for high-speed X-ray detectors is designed in Verilog language.And the detection effect of the detector is verified experimentally.The results show that the detector can realize the simultaneous acquisition,processing and Ethernet data transmission of 4 X-ray signals,which has the advantages of fast acquisition speed,low power consumption and high reliability,and the maximum acquisition frequency is 2640 Hz,the number of pixels collected per row is 1536 pixels,the power consumption is less than 17 W,and the image resolution is 1.5 mm.
