摘 要:目的通过生物监测,对煤矿医院洁净手术部空气质量进行长期采样观察评估,为煤矿地区预防医院感染提供借鉴和监测数据。方法选取201601-201812月期间,针对洁净手术部洁净度为100级、10000级,300000级手术间的空气质量应用生物监测方法进行采样,每月采样1次,每季汇总手术部房间中手术区与周边区的监测数据,根据国家标准评估洁净手术部空气质量。结果通过生物采样540次监测洁净手术部手术房间的空气质量、含菌量采样,结果显示符合中华人民共和国卫生行业标准WS/T367-2012《医疗机构消毒技术规范》要求。结论通过长期应用生物监测采样的方法对煤矿医院洁净手术部空气质量控制的研究,有效地监控煤矿地区的医院感染发生,为控制医院感染提供可信的数据。Objective To observe and evaluate the air quality of Clean Operation Department in coal mine hospital by long-term monitoring and sampling through application of biological monitoring method,so as to provide reference and monitoring data for pre⁃venting nosocomial infection in coal mine hospitals.Methods From January 2016 to December 2018,by application method of biologi⁃cal monitoring,the Clean Operation Department took samples of air quality cleanliness level 100,level 10000 and level 300000 of oper⁃ation room.Sampling is one time a month and then quarterly summarizing monitoring data of operation area and peripheral area of Clear Operation Department in the room.According to the unified standard,to evaluate that whether air quality control in the Clean Op⁃erating Department comforted to the national standard.Results The air quality and bacteria content of the surgical room in the clean operation department were monitored by biological sampling 540 times.The results showed that it met the requirements of the Chinese People's Republic of China national health industry standard WS/T367-2012"Technical Disinfection Technical Specifications".Conclusion Through long-term application of biological monitoring sampling methods to the air quality control of the clean operation department of coal mine hospitals,effectively monitor the occurrence of nosocomial infections in hospitals in coal mines,and provide credible data for controlling hospital infections.
