摘　　要：当前聚集场所火灾事故频发,群死群伤火灾事故时有发生,给人民的生命财产安全带来巨大损失,如何防范公众聚集场所火灾事故的发生,减少火灾事故带来的损失,维护社会的稳定呢?将“火灾公众责任保险”在公众聚集场所定为强制责任险具有重要的现实意义。Fire accidents occur frequently in gathering places,threatening the security of people's lives and property.How can we prevent the fire in public gathering places or reduce losses caused by fire accidents?To maintain the social stability,it is significant to define the"fire public liability insurance"in the public gathering place as a compulsory insurance.
