江门市妇幼卫生信息平台建设与推广应用分析

摘　　要：通过分析总结江门市妇幼卫生信息平台建设和推广应用情况,对江门市妇幼卫生信息平台的建设背景、建设思路、建设内容、建设过程和应用推广效果等进行梳理、归纳和分析。分析显示,江门市妇幼卫生信息系统应用覆盖全市五邑地区,功能模块以妇女儿童保健服务需求为导向,内容涵盖孕产期保健、儿童保健、新生儿疾病筛查、托幼机构保健、地中海贫血防控项目、出生缺陷综合防控项目、基本公共卫生项目(孕产妇与0~6岁儿童健康管理)、妇女常见病(含两癌)筛查、婚前孕前保健、妇幼报表等业务管理,各模块间共享互通,外部共享机制和系统运行环境通畅有效。初步构建了区域内互联互通、具有保健和临床相结合的突出特点,能够满足妇幼保健服务和动态监管的双侧需要。By analyzing and summarizing the construction and promoted application of Jiangmen maternal and child health information platform,this paper reviews,summarizes and analyzes the construction background,construction ideas,construction contents,construction process and application and promotion effect of Jiangmen maternal and child health information platform.The analysis shows that the application of maternal and child health information system in Jiangmen City covers wuyi area of the city,and the functional module is guided by the needs of women and children′s health services.It covers the business management of health care during pregnancy and childbirth,child health care,newborn disease screening,health care of kindergartens,thalassemia prevention and control project,comprehensive prevention and control project of birth defects,basic public health project(health management of pregnant women and children aged 0-6),screening of common diseases of women(including two cancers),pre marital health care,maternal and child statements,etc.Sharing and interworking among modules,smooth and effective external sharing mechanism and system operation environment.It has initially constructed the regional interconnection,with the outstanding characteristics of health care and clinical integration,which can meet the bilateral needs of maternal and child health services and dynamic supervision.
