摘　　要：目的:探讨为胸外科手术后急性呼吸困难患者使用鼻导管联合面罩进行吸氧治疗的效果。方法:将2018年2月至2019年3月期间在广元市第一人民医院进行胸外科手术后发生急性呼吸困难的68例患者随机分为观察组和对照组。为对照组患者使用鼻导管进行吸氧治疗,为观察组患者使用鼻导管联合面罩进行吸氧治疗。然后观察两组患者动脉血氧分压(PaO2)、动脉血二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)及发生并发症的情况。结果:在吸氧2 h、吸氧12 h、吸氧24 h时,观察组患者的PaO2均高于对照组患者,其PaCO2均低于对照组患者,P<0.05。治疗期间,观察组患者并发症的发生率低于对照组患者,P<0.05。结论:胸外科手术后急性呼吸困难患者使用鼻导管联合面罩进行吸氧治疗可改善其血气分析指标的水平,降低其并发症的发生率。objective:to investigate the effect of oxygen inhalation therapy with nasal catheter mask for patients with acute respiratory difficulties after thoracic surgery.Methods:68 patients with acute dyspnea after thoracic surgery in the first people’s hospital of guangyuan from February 2018 to March 2019 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.Patients in the control group were treated with nasal catheter for oxygen inhalation,and patients in the observation group were treated with nasal catheter combined mask for oxygen inhalation.Then the arterial partial oxygen pressure(PaO2),arterial partial carbon dioxide pressure(PaCO2)and complications were observed.Results:the PaO2 of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the PaCO2 was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).During treatment,the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:oxygen inhalation therapy with nasal catheter mask can improve the level of blood gas analysis index and reduce the incidence of complications in patients with acute dyspnea after thoracic surgery.
