对7例侵袭性肺曲霉菌病患者进行诊治的体会

摘　　要：目的:分析7例侵袭性肺曲霉菌病患者的临床表现、对其病情进行诊治的过程,为早期诊断侵袭性肺曲霉菌病提供帮助。方法:将2015年1月至2018年12月期间在南通大学附属医院和泰州市第二人民医院确诊的7例侵袭性肺曲霉菌病患者作为研究对象。对这7例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,总结其临床表现及对其进行诊治过程中的经验,以期为临床上诊治这类疾病提供参考依据。结果:这7例侵袭性肺曲霉菌病患者的主要临床表现为发热、咳嗽及气喘。该病患者的病程可长达9个月。在这7例侵袭性肺曲霉菌病患者中,有6例患者的病情经支气管镜检查后被确诊。结论:在对侵袭性肺曲霉菌病患者的病情进行诊断的过程中,易出现误诊的情况。对侵袭性肺曲霉菌病患者进行支气管镜检查,可提高其病情诊断的准确率。Objective:To analyze the clinical manifestations of 7 patients with invasive pulmonary aspergillosis,and to provide help for the early diagnosis of invasive pulmonary aspergillosis.Methods:7 patients with invasive pulmonary aspergillus confirmed in affiliated hospital of nantong university and taizhou second people’s hospital from January 2015 to December 2018 were studied.The clinical data of these 7 patients were retrospectively analyzed to summarize their clinical manifestations and experience in the process of diagnosis and treatment,so as to provide reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of these diseases.Results:the main clinical manifestations of these 7 patients were fever,cough and asthma.The disease can last up to nine months.Of the seven patients with invasive pulmonary aspergillosis,six were diagnosed after bronchoscopy.Conclusion:in the process of diagnosis of invasive pulmonary aspergillosis patients,it is easy to be misdiagnosed.Bronchoscopy in patients with invasive pulmonary aspergillus can improve the accuracy of diagnosis.
