摘  要:东胜气田部分区域构造复杂、断裂发育、储层非均质性强,大斜度导眼(最大井斜>70°)水平井在复杂构造区钻井过程漏塌严重、测井遇阻、轨迹调整难度大。基于井筒岩石力学、井筒强化理论及28口水平井的实钻资料,分析论证了小斜度导眼(最大井斜<40°)的钻井提速优势。结果表明:小斜度导眼利于防漏防塌、测井、轨迹调整及提高机械钻速。认为采用小斜度导眼是东胜气田复杂地层有导眼水平井提速提效的必要手段。In some areas of Dongsheng gas field,the structure is complex,the fracture is developed,and the reservoir heterogeneity is strong.In the process of drilling in the complex structure area,the horizontal well with high angle pilot hole(maximum deviation>70°)has serious leakage and collapse,logging is blocked,and trajectory adjustment is difficult.The advantage of small inclination pilot hole(maximum deviation<40°)was analyzed and proved based on rock mechanics wellbore strengthening and the date of 28 wells drilled.The results showed that the small inclination pilot hole was beneficial to borehole stabilization,logging,track adjustment and improve penetration rate.It is considered that the use of small angle pilot hole is a necessary means to improve the speed and efficiency of horizontal well with pilot hole in the complex formation of Dongsheng gas field.
