基于脓肿型乳腺炎的微创手术及综合治疗的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:对比分析微创手术及综合治疗对脓肿型乳腺炎的临床治疗效果。方法:收集笔者所在医院接诊的60例脓肿型乳腺炎患者作为本次研究对象(2017年9月-2019年10月),按照治疗方法将其分为两组,分别为对照组和观察组,每组30例,对照组采用综合治疗方案,观察组采用微创手术治疗方案。对比分析两组患者手术治疗效果、手术前后心理状态以及疼痛情况。结果:观察组患者手术切口愈合时间(10.25±1.50)d,短于对照组的(15.80±3.25)d,哺乳评分(9.50±0.20)分,高于对照组的(7.35±0.30)分,换药次数(5.60±1.25)次,少于对照组的(14.60±3.60)次,观察组患者手术治疗效果优于对照组,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后的生活质量和VAS评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:微创手术相比于综合治疗方法在脓肿型乳腺炎的临床治疗上,可以有效缩短患者伤口愈合时间,减轻患者疼痛感,从而提高患者日常生活质量,临床治疗效果显著,值得被广泛推广应用。Objective:To compare and analyze the clinical effects of minimally invasive surgery and comprehensive treatment on abscess-type mastitis.Method:Sixty patients with abscess-type mastitis treated in our hospital were collected as the subjects of this study(September 2017 to October 2019).They were divided into two groups according to the treatment method,which were the control group and observation group.There were 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with comprehensive treatment,and the observation group was treated with minimally invasive surgery.The surgical treatment effect,psychological state and pain of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Result:The average healing time of the surgical incision in the observation group was(10.25±1.50)days,which was shorter than the control group(15.80±3.25)days.The average nursing score was(9.50±0.20)points,which was higher than the control group(7.35±0.30)points,the average number of dressing changes was(5.60±1.25)times,which was less than the control group(14.60±3.60)times.The observation group had better surgical treatment than the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life and VAS scores of patients in the observation group were better than those in the control group,there were significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the comprehensive treatment method in the clinical treatment of abscess mastitis,minimally invasive surgery can effectively shorten the wound healing time and reduce the pain of the patient,thereby improving the quality of daily life of the patient.The clinical treatment effect is significant and deserves to be widely promoted application.
