摘　　要：目的:探究委中刺络拔罐法结合非布司他对急性痛风性关节炎(AGA)患者膝关节功能及血清CRP、SUA水平影响。方法:选取2017年1月-2019年9月泉州市中医院收治的60例AGA患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各30例。对照组行非布司他治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上行委中刺络拔罐治疗,疗程均为5 d。评估两组临床疗效、治疗前及治疗5 d后临床及实验室指标水平、不良反应发生率。结果:治疗组总有效率为93.33%,显著高于对照组的63.33%(P<0.05)。治疗5 d后两组VAS评分、血清CRP、SUA、ALT、BUN水平均较治疗前降低,且治疗组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗5 d后两组Lysholm评分及ROM均较治疗前升高,且治疗组均高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组不良反应发生率为6.67%,低于对照组的30.00%(P<0.05)。结论:采用委中刺络拔罐法结合非布司他治疗AGA能明显缓解膝关节疼痛,改善膝关节功能,调节机体CRP、SUA水平,改善肝肾功能,降低不良反应发生率。Objective:To explore the effect of Weizhong pricking and cupping method combined with Febuxostat on knee joint function and serum CRP and SUA levels in patients with acute gouty arthritis(AGA).Method:A total of 60 patients with AGA admitted to Quanzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2017 to September 2019 were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Febuxostat,and the treatment group was treated with Weizhong pricking and cupping method on the basis of the control group.The course of treatment in both groups was 5 days.The clinical effect,clinical and laboratory indexes before and 5 days after treatment,and the incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were evaluated.Result:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%,which was significantly higher than 63.33%of the control group(P<0.05).And 5 days after treatment,VAS,the levels of CRP,SUA,ALT and BUN in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the treatment group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).And 5 days after treatment,Lysholm scores and ROM in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the treatment group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was 6.67%,which was lower than 30.00%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Weizhong pricking and cupping method combined with Febuxostat in the treatment of AGA can obviously alleviate the pain of knee joint,improve the function of knee joint,regulate the levels of CRP and SUA,improve the function of liver and kidney,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
