摘　　要：目的:对比分析在治疗声带息肉中应用喉内镜下二氧化碳激光声带息肉切除与传统支撑喉镜声带息肉摘除的效果。方法:选取笔者所在医院2017年1月-2019年1月收治的80例声带息肉患者作为本次研究对象,根据手术治疗方法的不同分为两组,各40例,对照组行传统支撑喉镜声带息肉摘除治疗,观察组行喉内镜下二氧化碳激光声带息肉切除治疗,对比两组疗效。结果:观察组治疗总有效率(95.0%)高于对照组(77.5%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组各项噪音学指标均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组首次发声时间、完全恢复时间、住院时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在治疗声带息肉中,应用喉内镜下二氧化碳激光声带息肉切除治疗的效果更加显著,值得推广。Objective:To compare the effect of laryngeal endoscopic carbon dioxide laser ribbon removal and traditional laryngoscope ribbon removal.Method:A total of 80 patients with vocal cord polyps treated in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were divided into two groups according to the different surgical treatment methods.The control group was treated with traditional laryngoscope vocal cord polyp removal,and the observation group was treated with carbon dioxide laser vocal cord polyp resection under laryngeal endoscope.The effect of two groups was compared.Result:The overall effective rate of treatment in the observation group(95.0%)was higher than that in the control group(77.5%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).All the noise indexes in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The first vocalization time,complete recovery time and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of vocal cord polyps,carbon dioxide laser vocal cord polyp resection under laryngeal endoscope is more effective,which is worth popularizing.
