腺样体切除联合置管术在小儿难治性分泌性中耳炎治疗中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨腺样体切除联合置管术治疗小儿难治性分泌性中耳炎的效果。方法:选取2016年2月-2018年6月笔者所在医院收治的难治性分泌性中耳炎患儿58例,随机分为两组,各29例。对照组行腺样体切除术,观察组行腺样体切除联合置管术,评价两组治疗效果、并发症发生率及复发率。结果:观察组总有效率为93.10%,高于对照组的72.41%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为6.90%,复发率为3.45%,显著低于对照组的31.03%、20.69%(P<0.05)。结论:在小儿难治性分泌性中耳炎治疗中采用腺样体切除联合置管术可促使耳部不适症状消失,改善听力情况,减少并发症,且治疗较彻底,患儿复发率低,具有较高的应用价值。Objective:To investigate the effect of adenoidectomy combined with catheterization in the treatment of refractory secretory otitis media in children.Method:From February 2016 to June 2018,58 children with refractory secretory otitis media admitted to our hospital,and they were randomly divided into two groups,29 cases in each group.The control group was treated with adenoidectomy,and the observation group was treated with adenoidectomy combined with catheterization,and the therapeutic effect,complications rate and recurrence rate of the two groups were evaluated.Result:The total effective rate was 93.10%in the observation group,which was higher than 72.41%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complications rate and recurrence rate in the observation group were 6.90%and 3.45%respectively,which were significantly lower than 31.03%and 20.69%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Adenoidectomy combined with catheterization in the treatment of refractory secretory otitis media in children can eliminate the symptoms of ear discomfort,improve the hearing condition,and reduce the complications,and the treatment is thorough,the recurrence rate is low,and the application value is high.
