体液免疫及细胞免疫功能检测对梅毒患者的诊断意义

摘　　要：目的:研究体液免疫及细胞免疫功能检测在梅毒患者诊断中的价值。方法:选取2018年7月-2019年6月90例梅毒患者作为A组,其中一期梅毒22例,二期梅毒37例,三期梅毒31例;同期选取30例健康体检者作为B组。比较两组体液免疫指标水平和细胞免疫指标水平。结果:A组IgG、IgA、IgM水平均高于B组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组CD3^+、CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+、NK细胞水平均低于B组,CD8^+水平高于B组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:梅毒患者免疫功能处于紊乱状态,将体液免疫、细胞免疫功能检测应用于梅毒患者临床诊断中的效果显著。Objective:To study the value of humoral immunity and cellular immunity in the diagnosis of syphilis.Method:From July 2018 to June 2019,90 cases of syphilis were selected as the group A,including 22 cases of primary syphilis,37 cases of secondary syphilis and 31 cases of latent syphilis.During the same period,30 cases of healthy physical examination were selected as the group B.And the levels of humoral immune indexes and cellular immunity indexes of the two groups were compared.Result:IgG,IgA and IgM levels in the group A were higher than those of the group B,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of CD3^+,CD4^+,CD4^+/CD8^+and NK cells in the group A were lower than those of the group B,and the level of CD8+was higher than that of the group B,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The immune function of syphilis patients is in a state of disorder,and the application of humoral immunity and cellular immunity function detection in the clinical diagnosis of syphilis patients has a significant effect.
