摘　　要：目的:探讨预见性护理在再次心脏手术行三尖瓣置换患者围术期护理中的应用及对并发症的影响。方法:选取2018年6月-2019年5月笔者所在医院收治的再次心脏手术行三尖瓣置换患者46例,随机分为两组,每组23例。对照组应用常规护理干预,研究组应用预见性护理干预。结果:研究组术后护理满意度优于对照组(P<0.05),研究组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对再次心脏手术行三尖瓣置换术的患者的围术期中应用预见性护理干预,极大降低了并发症的发生,使患者积极主动地参与治疗,极大提升了护理满意度,可以推广应用。Objective:To explore the application of predictive nursing in perioperative nursing of patients undergoing tricuspid valve replacement after re-cardiac surgery and its influence on complications.Method:Forty-six patients with tricuspid valve replacement who underwent re-cardiac surgery from June 2018 to May 2019 were randomly divided into two groups,23 in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the study group applied predictive nursing intervention.Result:The postoperative nursing satisfaction of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of predictive nursing intervention during the perioperative period of patients undergoing tricuspid valve replacement after re-cardiac surgery greatly reduces the occurrence of complications,enables patients to actively participate in treatment,and greatly improves nursing satisfaction,which can Promotion and application.
