摘　　要：目的:评价医疗数据信息集成系统的输血科信息化对临床用血管理的效果。方法:选取2017年7月-2018年6月笔者所在医院输血科进入医疗数据信息集成系统的输血患者200例为研究组,2016年7月-2017年6月输血科传统方式输血患者200例为对照组,输血后对临床输血效果进行分析和评价。结果:研究组输血有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于医疗数据信息集成系统的输血科信息化对用血管理具一定价值。Objective:To evaluate the effect of blood transfusion department informationization of medical data information integration system on clinical blood management.Method:From July 2017 to June 2018,200 blood transfusion cases in the unit’s blood transfusion department who entered the medical data information integration system were selected as the study group.From July 2016 to June 2017,200 cases of traditional blood transfusion in the blood transfusion department served as the control group.The clinical transfusion effect was analyzed and evaluated after the blood transfusion.Result:The blood transfusion efficiency in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The informationization of blood transfusion department based on medical data information integration system has certain value for blood management.
