中医药治疗痛性糖尿病周围神经病变研究进展

摘　　要：糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)是糖尿病最常见的并发症之一,而其中约25%患者会受到痛性糖尿病周围神经病变(PDPN)的影响,是目前临床上最常见、最难治的糖尿病慢性并发症之一,严重地影响了糖尿病患者的身心健康及生活质量。中医治疗痛性糖尿病周围神经病变采取中药辨证论治、针灸治疗、特殊疗法及联合治疗等,具有全方位、多靶点的优势,临床疗效肯定。但在临床诊疗中要从整体出发,中医辨证与西医辨病相结合,发挥中西医结合治疗优势,筛选更有效的治疗药物,进行多中心论证,力争取得PDPN治疗新突破。Diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN) is one of the most common complications of diabetes,and about 25% of them are affected by painful diabetic peripheral neuropathy (PDPN),which is one of the most common and most difficult chronic complications of diabetes in clinical practice.It affects the physical and mental health and quality of life of people with diabetes.Traditional Chinese medicine treatment of painful diabetic peripheral neuropathy adopts traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation,acupuncture treatment,special therapy and combination therapy.It has the advantages of all-round and multi-target,and the clinical curative effect is certain.However,in the clinical diagnosis and treatment,the combination of TCM syndrome differentiation and western medicine differentiation,the advantages of integrated Chinese and western medicine treatment,screening more effective treatment drugs,multi-center demonstration,and strive to achieve new breakthroughs in PDPN treatment.
